Network structure. The structure of the “AquaTrade” firm consists of 23 territorial branches. Key affiliated branches are located in Chisinau and Balti, the others are organized in major urban areas of the Republic of Moldova. Branches’ location allows performing logistics services in the most optimal and low-cost way to all of the sales outlets in Moldova.

Logistics and network development. Total warehouse area is over 10 thousand square meters. To provide branches activity, 35 units of the heavy vehicles are involved. Another 65 units (5-8-tonned trucks) work with the sales outlets. 90% of trucks and local transport are Mercedes cars.

AquaTrade pays great attention to retail network, aiming at the best possible representation of brands and Trade-marketing activities, interesting both for the retail network and final customer. 9 networks, consisting of 46 stores work in Moldova now. AquaTrade distribution of all of the brands covers 100% of the segment of network retail.

Traditional retail that includes a linear retail segment and HoReCa segment in Moldova consists of 10,500 sales outlets at present.

Traditional retail in Moldova is fundamental part of distribution and is not less than 91% of the total turnover (7% accounted for networks and 2% - for the share of specific channels). AquaTrade distribution by linear retail segment and HoReCa segment is maintained at 91-93%.

The company is currently actively developing specific marketing areas (cinemas, parks, sporting events, public crowded places).
